1. Measure a backlash between teeths of gear wheels of the pump. |

2. Measure a backlash between an external gear wheel and the pump case. |
|
3. Measure a backlash between a plane of gear wheels and a plane of the case of the pump. |
|
4. If necessary replace gear wheels. The label (it is specified by an arrow) on a surface of an external gear wheel should be directed outside. |

5. Unscrew заглушку редукционного the valve of the oil pump. Get all elements of the valve and examine them on presence of damages and deterioration. |
| 6. If necessary replace the switch of a control lamp of pressure of the oil, located in a back part of the pump. |

7. If necessary remove перепускной the valve of the oil filter (it is specified by an arrow), having cut in it a carving tap М10. Establish the new valve. |
| 8. Replace a forward sealing ring of a cranked shaft. |
