4.4.26. Engine assemblage CRANKED SHAFT AND RADICAL BEARINGS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear oil channels in картере the engine and in cranked to a shaft. 2. Clear nests of loose leaves in the block of cylinders and loose leaves. 3. Establish the top loose leaves, having combined apertures for greasing. 4. Oil loose leaves and establish a cranked shaft. 5. Clear nests of loose leaves in covers of radical bearings. 6. Grease loose leaves in covers and establish all covers, except the back. Check up, that covers have been established in the necessary order. 7. Grease with hermetic (GM 1504200) interfaced surfaces of a back cover. 8. Put a hermetic layer (GM 1503294) in the flutes located along the edges of a back cover. 9. Establish a back cover and squeeze out additional quantity of hermetic in flutes. 10. Insert bolts and tighten their demanded moment. Check up, that the forward cover did not act forward, connection of a forward cover and the block of cylinders (it is specified by arrows) should be at one level. 11. Check up, that the cranked shaft rotated freely. Measure axial люфт a cranked shaft.

PISTON RINGS

Establish piston rings, using a little measuring probeов. After you have established rings, arrange their locks so that they have been displaced on 180 ° rather each other.

PISTONS AND RODS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Collect pistons and rods. 2. Clear loose leaves and nests of loose leaves. 3. Establish loose leaves. 4. Compress piston rings and establish the piston in the cylinder. 5. Grease necks шатунных bearings and establish a rod on a neck. 6. Establish covers of rods. 7. Tighten nuts of covers of rods. 8. Do similar actions with other pistons. 9. Check up, that the cranked shaft rotated freely.

Establish a new lining of the pallet and establish the pallet. Insert and tighten bolts the demanded moment.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

HEAD OF CYLINDERS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a new lining of a head of the block of cylinders. 2. Inscription OBEN/TOP on a lining surface should be directed upwards. 3. Establish a head on the block of cylinders. 4. Put hermetic on interfaced surfaces of the case of a camshaft and a head of the block of cylinders and establish the case on a head. 5. Insert and tighten new bolts of a head of the block of cylinders.
