Models with РКПП


On cars with РКПП internal components of forward differential are greased filled in in РКПП трансмиссионным with oil (the Section Replacement трансмиссионного oils РКПП see).

Models with АТ


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make on the car short (an order of 15 minutes) a trip for an oil warming up in differential. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
2. Get under forward differential drain capacity of suitable volume (Specifications see).
3. Turn out a drain stopper from the bottom part картера differential and merge oil in the prepared container.

4. After вытекание oils will stop, feel a stopper on presence подлипших to it of metal sawdust.

 Presence at greasing of sawdust testifies to deterioration of internal components of the assemblage which condition should be checked up at the first possibility.

5. Screw a stopper into place and tighten it with demanded effort (44 Nanometers). Do not forget to replace a sealing washer

6. Through a jellied/control stopper fill in differential necessary quantity of fresh oil of a demanded grade (Specifications see), - oil level should reach the top mark in an edge measuring probeа.

 Each manufacturer at oil manufacturing uses own base basis and additives, - do not mix some oil of different manufacturers!

7. Screw a stopper into place and strongly tighten. Lower the car on the earth.
8. After a short trip once again check up greasing level in differential.


Replacement of greasing of back differential

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Warm up differential during short (an order of 15 minutes) trips. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
2. Get under back differential drain capacity of suitable volume (Specifications see).

3. Turn out a drain stopper from the bottom part картера differential and merge oil in the prepared container. For faster plum turn out a jellied stopper.


4. After вытекание oils will stop, feel a stopper on presence подлипших to it of metal sawdust.

 Presence at oil of sawdust testifies to deterioration of internal components of the assemblage which condition should be checked up at the first possibility.


5. Screw a stopper into place and tighten it with demanded effort (49 Nanometers: differential of T-type/34 of Nanometer: VA-type differential).

 On differentials of VA-type the stopper is established on an aluminium lining, it is necessary to grease a carving part of a stopper of differential of T-type with liquid hermetic of type Three Bond 1105.


6. Through a jellied/control aperture by means of the manual pump, a syringe or a funnel закачайте in differential necessary quantity of fresh oil of a demanded grade, - oil level should reach the bottom cut of a control aperture.

 Each manufacturer at oil manufacturing uses own base basis and additives, - do not mix some oil of different manufacturers!


7. Screw a jellied/control stopper on the regular place and tighten it with demanded effort. (49 nanometers: differential of T-type/34 of Nanometer: VA-type differential).

 On differentials of VA-type the stopper is established on an aluminium lining, it is necessary to grease a carving part of a stopper of differential of T-type with liquid hermetic of type Three Bond 1105.
