Models 2.0 and 2.5 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out fixing bolts and uncover a belt (it) of a drive of auxiliary units. Carefully wipe surfaces of a belt and drivers pulleys, completely having cleared them of oil/moisture traces.

2. Loosen the at first lock (through), then coupling (adjusting) bolts also remove a forward belt of a drive of the generator and the steering pump.
3. Operating in a similar manner, remove a back belt of a drive of compressor K/V.
4. Composers of the present Management recommend to make replacement both drivers belts simultaneously in view of approximately identical speed of their deterioration.

 On some models from below to a cowl the label with the lining scheme drivers belts fastens.

5. At purchase of new belts take with itself old as samples - replaceable belts should correspond strictly removed from the car on a standard size.
6. Establish a new belt of a drive of compressor K/V, - track correctness of its landing on pulleys. A tightening of a coupling (adjusting) bolt adjust effort of its tension (the Section condition Check, adjustment of effort of a tension of belts of a drive of auxiliary units see). Having finished adjustment, tighten with demanded effort through a lock nut.
7. Establish a new belt of a drive of the generator and the steering pump, - track correctness of its landing on pulleys. A tightening of a coupling (adjusting) bolt adjust effort of its tension (the Section condition Check, adjustment of effort of a tension of belts of a drive of auxiliary units see). Having finished adjustment, tighten with demanded effort a through lock bolt.
