The forward wheel bearing

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 First of all it is necessary to check up a condition of greasing of the wheel bearing.

1. Поддомкратьте redock of the car also establish it on props.
2. For a size estimation люфта the wheel bearing undertake a hand a forward wheel and shake it outside and inside.
3. Give wheel nuts and remove a forward wheel.
4. At revealing люфта, fix on ступичной to assemblage циферблатный a measuring instrument плунжерного type and make gauging of size of axial displacement. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications.
5. Give самоконтрящиеся nuts, remove bolts and disconnect the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket from a cross-section beam.
6. Lungs постукиванием take a spring pin of fastening on a transmission spindle вибропоголощающего триподного the hinge of free rotation (SFJ). Remove the hinge from a spindle.
7. One hand keeping a power shaft in horizontal position, and rotating another a wheel nave, check up assemblage on presence of extraneous noise, jerks and other signs of infringement of smoothness of a course. In case of need remove a power shaft and check up a condition of components ступичной assemblages (the bearing, epiploons and so forth).


The back wheel bearing

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте a back of the car also establish it on props.
2. For a size estimation люфта the wheel bearing undertake a hand a back wheel and shake it outside and inside.
3. Give wheel nuts and remove a back wheel.
4. At revealing люфта, fix on ступичной to assemblage циферблатный a measuring instrument плунжерного type and make gauging of size of axial displacement. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications.
5. Disconnect from back differential the hinge of double indemnification (DOJ) a back power shaft.

6. One hand keeping a power shaft in horizontal position, and rotating another a wheel nave, check up assemblage on presence of extraneous noise, jerks and other signs of infringement of smoothness of a course. In case of need remove a power shaft and check up a condition of components ступичной assemblages (the bearing, epiploons and so forth).

7. Keeping one hand a forward leading shaft in horizontal position, other hand rotate nave assemblage to establish presence or absence of noise or a friction. If assemblage of a nave of a back wheel rotates with noise or a friction, disassemble a back axis and check up a condition of epiploons, bearings etc.
