PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fix a support in a vice with soft sponges and, being careful, clear a support of a brake dust and a dirt. 2. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, and being careful, remove a dustproof cover from the piston and a support. 3. Squeeze out sliding plugs of a support inside, then take dustproof caps from flutes of plugs and remove them. 4. Take the piston from a support for what it is possible to submit air under low pressure to the brake cylinder through an aperture for connection of a brake hose. Thus instead of brake колодок establish wooden брусок. 5. Remove wooden брусок and, being careful, take the piston. 6. Using the wooden or plastic tool, take a sealing ring from a flute in a support aperture. 7. Check up a condition of all details of a support and replace the worn out or damaged details. 8. Check up a condition of directing fingers. 9. Special attention turn on the cylinder and the piston. In the presence of scratches, рисок, deterioration or dot corrosion it is necessary to replace the piston and the cylinder. It means that it is necessary to replace a support in gathering. 10. Irrespective of a condition replace all rubber consolidations. 11. Wash out all details in methyl spirit or a pure brake liquid and wipe them. For procleaning of tubes and apertures use compressed air. 12. Note an arrangement and squeeze out sliding plugs from the holder of a support. 13. Check up a condition of plugs and the holder of a support on presence of deterioration and damages. 14. Check up a condition of all details of a support and replace the worn out or damaged details. 15. Dip the piston and a new sealing ring in a pure brake liquid. 16. Apply a thin film a brake liquid on apertures for the piston in a support. 17. Establish a new sealing ring in a flute of the cylinder of a support. 18. Establish a dustproof cover on the piston so that internal diameter of a cover was included into a piston flute. 19. Insert the piston into a support and simultaneously insert an external edge of a dustproof cover into a support before its fixing. 20. Establish new sealing rings in flutes of sliding plugs and grease plugs with greasing. 21. Establish plugs in the channel. 22. Establish internal dustproof caps. 23. Press plugs into place, thus, using tubular оправку the corresponding diameter, fix dustproof caps in the holder of a support.
