PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fix a support in a vice with soft sponges and, being careful, clear a support of a brake dust and a dirt. 2. Squeeze out plugs of directing fingers from apertures in the holder of a support. 3. Take the piston from a support for what it is possible to submit air under low pressure to the brake cylinder through an aperture for connection of a brake hose. Thus instead of brake колодок establish wooden брусок. 4. Remove wooden брусок and, being careful, take the piston. 5. Using the wooden or plastic tool, take a sealing ring from a flute in a support aperture. 6. Check up a condition of all details of a support and replace the worn out or damaged details. 7. Check up a condition of directing fingers. 8. Special attention turn on the cylinder and the piston. In the presence of scratches, рисок, deterioration or dot corrosion it is necessary to replace the piston and the cylinder. It means that it is necessary to replace a support in gathering. 9. Irrespective of a condition replace all rubber consolidations. 10. Wash out all details in methyl spirit or a pure brake liquid and wipe them. For procleaning of tubes and apertures use compressed air. 11. Establish a sealing ring in a support aperture. 12. Dip the piston into a brake liquid and apply a thin film a brake liquid on an aperture for the piston in a support. 13. Establish a dustproof cover on the piston so that internal diameter of a cover was included into a piston flute, and insert the piston into a support. 14. Check up correctness of an arrangement of a dustproof cover in the holder of a support, then moisten with soap water new plugs of a directing finger and establish them manually into place.
