PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Examine a head of cylinders on presence of cracks or signs of other damages.
2. Examine facets and saddles of valves on presence of damages. At detection of strong damages valves or saddles it is necessary профрезеровать or to replace.
3. Examine directing plugs of valves. If plugs are worn out, them it is necessary to chisel and establish valves with the increased diameter of a core. Check up, that cores of valves were not погнуты.
4. If valves are in a satisfactory condition, they should be inserted into the places and are ground in. If plates of valves or a saddle are worn strongly out, before their grinding in it is necessary to process mechanically or even to replace.
5. Grinding in of valves is carried out as follows. Establish a head of the block of cylinders combustion chambers upwards on wooden брусках.
6. Grease with paste for place grinding in on a plate of the valve and a valve saddle, establish the valve on a place and on a valve plate establish a sucker with the holder or the handle. Rotating the valve a sucker every which way, grind in the valve, and it is periodically necessary to lift the valve for redistribution притирочной pastes.
7. If paste is used rough притирочная, grinding in make before occurrence of a uniform matte surface on a saddle of the valve and the valve. Then erase used structure of paste and repeat process of grinding in with мелкодисперсной paste. Grinding in make before occurrence of easy grey-matte colour.
8. Carefully remove traces притирочной pastes, using corresponding solvent.
9. Examine springs of valves and replace them if they are strongly deformed or worn out.
10. Measure deformation of surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and compare the received indications to technical requirements. In need of a head surface it is necessary to process in a specialised workshop.
11. Measure выступание vortical chambers.
12. Measure height выступания plates of valves.
