Use циферблатного a measuring instrument


Check and adjustment timing in these models is carried out with the help циферблатного a measuring instrument.

Before spending measurements, it is necessary to adjust a tension of a gear belt precisely.

Besides a measuring instrument, tool KM-661-2 is required to you. It is the special plate intended for fastening of a measuring instrument over a camshaft (fig. in subsection 4.4.6.1 item 3 see). You can make the similar tool.

Tool KM-661-2

1 – a wrench,

2 – the arm of a lock bolt welded on a basic plate,

3 – a lock bolt,

4 – the basic plate fixed by bolts of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders

The additional tool KM-661-2 intended for exact adjustment of position of a camshaft is required to you also. The tool consists of a plate fixed over a camshaft, a wrench established on flat cuts of a shaft, and the lock bolt allowing smoothly to move the handle of a wrench.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the piston of the first cylinder in ВМТ and turn a cranked shaft on 90 ° back. Establish a measuring instrument on a basic plate over the second, from outside a pulley, a camshaft cam (a cam of the inlet valve of the first cylinder). The measuring instrument head should rest against the basic circle of a cam.
2. Establish an arrow of a measuring instrument on a zero.
3. Accurately shift a measuring instrument together with a basic plate on 10 mm towards the top part of a cam. Establish the piston of the first cylinder in ВМТ. Measuring instrument indications should make 0,55±0,03 mm. If it so, газораспределение is adjusted correctly.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a camshaft also turn a shaft so that measuring instrument indications have made 0,80 mm.
2. Establish tool KM-661-2 and by means of a lock bolt adjust indications to 0,60–0,64 mm. Remove the tool and tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley.
3. Turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions, again establish a basic plate and a measuring instrument and inspect. If necessary spend repeated adjustment.
