REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assemblage РКПП (see Has undressed Removal and installation трансмиссионной assemblages).
2. Remove gauges-switches of fires of a backing and neutral position of transmission (see Has undressed Removal, installation and check of a condition of gauges-switches).

3. Remove a distributing box in gathering with the case of lengthening of transmission.

4. Remove the executive lever of switching.

5. Remove lengthening assemblage.

DISMANTLING

Distributing box

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assemblage of the mechanism of blocking of inclusion of a reverse gear (see Has undressed Removal, service, installation and adjustment of assemblage of the mechanism of blocking of inclusion of a reverse gear).

2. Remove directing oil givings.


Transmission lengthening

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove sideways a leading gear wheel of the distributing mechanism (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a leading gear wheel of the distributing mechanism).

2. Remove an arm of the mechanism of switching.

3. Remove an epiploon from the lengthening case.

ASSEMBLAGE

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Assemblage is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget to replace an epiploon of lengthening of transmission. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications and accompanying illustrations to subsection "Dismantling" see).

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. If took, establish in a distributing box interaxal differential and a conducted gear wheel of the distributing mechanism.

2. Remove from assemblage of the case of lengthening a cone of the bearing and plant it on the conic roller bearing of a conducted gear wheel of the distributing mechanism.

3. Wringing out a bearing cone in a horizontal direction, 10-was multiple turn a conducted shaft.

4. Measure size выступания the conic roller bearing of a conducted gear wheel of the distributing mechanism over an interfaced surface картера a distributing box distance between a distributing box (W).

5. At removed a cone of the bearing and a persistent washer measure depth X.

6. On the basis of results of the made measurements pick up a persistent washer of a demanded thickness (t), - calculation is made under the formula:

9. Having taken advantage of special conductor ST 398643600, measure depth of landing of interaxal differential in картере a distributing box (S).

10. By means of conductor ST 398643600 measure depth of landing of a leading gear wheel of the distributing mechanism in the lengthening case ().

11. For formula U = S + T – 30 mm (a thickness of the conductor) pick up a thickness of a persistent washer. The nominal size of a backlash makes 0.15 0.35 mm. The list of washers delivered on the market is resulted more low.

12. Establish a persistent washer on interaxal differential.

13. Put hermetic on an interfaced surface of a distributing box hermetic of type Three Bond 1215.

14. Press lengthening assemblage to a distributing box and tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (40 Nanometers).
15. Establish in a distributing box the lever of the mechanism of switching, having hung out it on a rod of a plug of switching 3/4.

16. Establish assemblage of a distributing box with lengthening on transmission and tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (25 Nanometers).
