REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assemblage РКПП (see Has undressed Removal and installation трансмиссионной assemblages).
2. Remove a distributing box with the lengthening case (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a distributing box and transmission lengthening).
3. Remove картер transmissions (see Has undressed Removal, installation and condition check картера трансмиссионной assemblages).

4. Wring out a shaft of gear wheels of a reducer against the stop in картер transmissions, then remove a spring lock ring.

5. Having shifted a washer, take a pin from a back part of assemblage of gear wheels of a reducer.

6. Take a shaft of gear wheels of a reducer from картера transmissions, - try not to damage a sealing ring and not to drop two washers, a pin and pair of needle bearings.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

Track, that the face surface of a shaft of gear wheels equipped with sample редукторной assemblages did not act over a surface картера.

Check and adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Having established a spring lock ring, measure size a backlash between it and a washer of gear wheels редукторной transfer assemblages. If the result of measurements falls outside the limits an admissible range (0.05 ч 0.35 mm), address to the table resulted more low and make selection of a suitable spring lock ring.
