1. Remove assemblage РКПП (see Has undressed Removal and installation трансмиссионной assemblages).
2. Remove assemblage of a distributing box with transmission lengthening (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a distributing box and transmission lengthening).
3. Remove the lever of the mechanism of switching (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a distributing box and transmission lengthening).

4. Turn out a lateral stopper, remove a spring washer and take a lock ball.

5. Remove муфту blocking of inclusion of a reverse gear.

2. Take internal components of the blocking mechanism.
3. Remove a sealing ring, - try not to scratch a ring at removal, otherwise it should be replaced.

Try not to break the adjusting washer established between a sleeve of the blocking mechanism and картером!

1. Fill in a sleeve a returnable spring of 1/2 transfers, a cap of a returnable spring, a cam axis, a returnable spring 5-5/back transfers and a cam spring.

Track, that the bent end кулачковой springs has got to a reception flute of a cam.

2. Hook on a bend кулачковой springs for a persistent plate.
3. Develop a cam so that its ledge has entered into an aperture in a persistent plate. Keeping a cam in the given position, plant a persistent plate in a sleeve and fix its spring lock ring.
4. Fill a sealing ring in bore in a sleeve.

1. Make sure that the groove in a cam axis is combined with cut in a sleeve.
2. Manually check up smoothness of rotation of a cam.
3. Wring out assemblage of a cam till the end of their course towards a persistent plate, then release. If the cam does not come back to a place, replace its spring. If the axis does not come back, check up an internal surface of a sleeve on presence задиров and scratches. If the sleeve is in good repair, replace a corresponding returnable spring.
4. Make sure of correctness of adjustment of the blocking mechanism (see more low).

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications and covering notes to subsection "Removal" see).

1. Switch РКПП to 3rd transfer.
2. The gear change lever easily should turn towards 1/2 transfers and with effort towards a reverse gear that speaks influence of a returnable spring during the period against the stop the lever in a stopper.
3. Make adjustment so that the course of the lever towards a reverse gear was a bit more, a course towards 1/2 transfers.
4. Backlash adjustment is made by selection of the adjusting washer demanded on a thickness established between a sleeve of the blocking mechanism and картером, - lists of adjusting washers delivered on the market and axes of cams are resulted more low.

Try not to break at installation of an adjusting washer a sealing ring. At washer removal neutral position is displaced towards a reverse gear, at installation - towards 1st transfer. If one washer it appears insufficiently, replace an axis of a cam and repeat adjustment procedure.

1. Establish the gear change lever in position of 5th transfer, then make sure of serviceability of operation of the blocking mechanism, having tried to include a reverse gear.

2. If the gear change lever at it release does not come back from reverse gear position in neutral position, pick up a new persistent plate a persistent plate, - see the table resulted more low.
