1. Remove assemblage РКПП (see Has undressed Removal and installation трансмиссионной assemblages).
2. Remove gauges-switches of fires of a backing and neutral position РКПП (see Has undressed Removal, installation and check of a condition of gauges-switches).
3. Remove a distributing box with the lengthening case (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a distributing box and transmission lengthening).
4. Remove картер transmissions (see Has undressed Removal, installation and condition check картера трансмиссионной assemblages).
5. Remove assemblage of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of assemblage of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer of a drive of forward wheels).
6. Remove assemblage of a primary shaft (see Has undressed Removal, service, installation and adjustment of primary shaft РКПП).
7. Remove assemblage of forward differential (see Has undressed Removal, service, installation and adjustment of forward differential).
8. Remove plugs and gear change rods (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of plugs and gear change rods).

9. Take a pin and remove a shaft, an intermediate gear wheel of a reverse gear and a washer. A — the Pin B — the Shaft of an intermediate gear wheel C — the Intermediate gear wheel D — the Washer

10. Remove the lever of a choice of a reverse gear.
11. Estimate a condition of an intermediate gear wheel of a reverse gear and its shaft. Defective components replace.

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

The shaft of an intermediate gear wheel is established from the back party. In summary adjust a backlash between an intermediate gear wheel of a reverse gear and a wall of the case of transmission (see more low).

2. Having picked up the lever, translate it in neutral position and by adjustment of a washer achieve reduction of a backlash to 0 ч 0.5 mm.
