Removal, installation and check of a condition of the gauge of speed (VSS)
REMOVAL

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
3. Remove a collector with its receiver.
4. Separate socket VSS.

INSTALLATION
|
|
|
|
Removed VSS is subject to replacement without fail. Before installation make sure of cleanliness of an aperture under gauge landing. Track correctness of combination of the thin end шпонки with шпоночным a groove on a pin of a shaft of a speedometer. |
1. Manually screw VSS in a landing aperture, then tighten it with demanded effort (5.9 Nanometers).
2. Connect a contact socket of electroconducting of the gauge.
3. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. |

CHECK
|
|
1. Make sure of serviceability of functioning of a speedometer. At positive results of check pass to a following stage, otherwise measure resistance of a speedometer. The result of measurement between sinus and косинусными plugs should make 208 ± 8 Ohm, otherwise follows will replace the fan and assemblage from a measuring instrument of the expense of fuel. If the speedometer is perfectly in order, replace the printed-circuit board of a combination of devices.

2. Switch off ignition and measure resistance between the plug № 24 contact sockets ECM (В135) and the plug № 13 contact sockets of a combination of devices (i10). If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, replace socket ECM, otherwise eliminate breakage of electroconducting or infringement of quality of contact connections in sockets В135/В36.
