 The description of procedures of removal, service, installation and adjustment of the blocking mechanism is resulted in Section Removal, service, installation and adjustment of assemblage of the mechanism of blocking of inclusion of a reverse gear.


The mechanism of blocking of inclusion of a reverse gear located in a distributing box prevents direct switching from 5th transfer on backing transfer. The selector lever and a cam supposing switching of transmission on a reverse gear only after a preliminary choice of neutral position is for this purpose used.

Design

The design of the safety mechanism is shown on an illustration.

The sleeve of the mechanism of blocking приболчена to a distributing box also serves as a casing for components блокиратора.

In a sleeve the axis which more thin end freely turned cam is put on is located. Freedom of longitudinal moving of a cam along an axis in a left-hand side is limited by a step generated on an internal wall of a sleeve.

In both end faces of an axis блокиратора cavities are provided, in left from which 1st returnable spring equipped with a cap is filled. The small returnable spring filled in a cavity from the right end face of an axis, wrings out last to the left.

One more spring is established outside on a cam and with the left end provides отжим the last to the left with simultaneous проворачиванием.

Both right springs rest the right end faces against a special plate fixed by a lock ring.

In a cam axis the V-shaped flute into which enters подпружиненный the blocking ball planted in an aperture in a sleeve is provided.

The selector lever is passed in a cut from the bottom party of a sleeve and enters into a groove of an axis of a cam.

Functioning principle

On an illustration 2.2 selector lever is shown in neutral position. Extreme left position of the lever corresponds to a choice of 1st or 2nd transfer, extreme right - 5th and back. In neutral position 1st returnable spring aspires to shift the lever to the right (towards 5th and back transfers) while the small returnable spring of an axis keeps it on a place.

At displacement of the lever of the selector towards 5-5/back transfers the axis and a cam of the mechanism of blocking are wrung out to the right.

At a choice of 5th transfer the selector lever is developed in a corresponding direction and, leaving for cam edge, releases last that leads to its return to a starting position the effort developed кулачковой by a spring.

At attempt of switching from 5th transfer on back the selector lever, turning, wrings out an axis to the right that is accompanied by cam deployment counter-clockwise (at a sight in a direction). The cam Angle of rotation is limited by a persistent plate in a point corresponding to neutral position. Further, under the influence of developed by a returnable spring, the selector lever is wrung out by a cam axis to the left (in neutral position).

In a case when before a choice of a reverse gear transmission preliminary comes back in neutral, the selector lever free turns in a demanded direction after simultaneous отжимания axes with a cam which end faces appear in one plane.
