1. Remove assemblage РКПП (see Has undressed Removal and installation трансмиссионной assemblages).
2. Remove gauges-switches of fires of a backing and neutral position of transmission (see Has undressed Removal, installation and check of a condition of gauges-switches).
3. Remove assemblage of a distributing box with transmission lengthening (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a distributing box and transmission lengthening).
4. Remove lengthening of transmission from a distributing box (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a distributing box and transmission lengthening).
5. Take a conducted gear wheel of the distributing mechanism (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a conducted gear wheel of the distributing mechanism).

6. Remove a leading gear wheel of the distributing mechanism.

1. Grease bearings and manually estimate smoothness and noiselessness of their rotation, check up bearings on presence of signs of excessive deterioration, traces of development of corrosion. Defective components replace.
2. Check up a condition of lateral surfaces of teeths and a shaft of a leading gear wheel. In case of revealing of mechanical damages or signs of excessive deterioration replace a gear wheel.

3. With the help probeа лезвийного type measure a backlash between a lock ring and an internal holder of the ball bearing. If the result of measurement does not meet standard requirements (001 ч 0.15), pick up a suitable replaceable lock ring.

4. Plant on a shaft of a leading gear wheel a lock ring.
5. Check up backlash size between a lock ring and an internal holder of the ball bearing, in case of need make selection of a new ring.

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Tighten bolts of fastening of a leading gear wheel of a distributing box with demanded effort (26 Nanometers).
