REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Completely pump out a brake liquid from tank GTTS.
2. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of level of a brake liquid. Disconnect from ГТЦ hydraulic tubes, - at once закупорьте the open ends of lines in order to avoid hit in dirt system.
3. Release nuts of fastening ГТЦ and separate last from assemblage of the vacuum amplifier of brakes, - try not to admit hit of a brake liquid on painted кузовные a surface. Traces of the spilt liquid immediately collect paper towels.

DISMANTLING

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully wipe surface ГТЦ.
2. Prepare necessary tools and accurately spread out them on a pure workbench.
3. With the help выколотки take a fastening pin on ГТЦ the tank of a brake liquid.

4. Wring out in the cylinder the primary piston and by means of a suitable magnet take fixing finger.

5. On not equipped with system of dynamic stabilisation (VDC) models hook a lock uvula and remove the holder of pistons.

6. On models with VDC by means of suitable nippers remove a lock ring.

7. Be cautious, - the primary piston can jump out of the cylinder.
8. Take from the cylinder both pistons.

Piston group GTTS requires dismantling only in case of need replacements of the complete set of springs.

9. Wash out the removed components and internal walls of the cylinder a pure brake liquid or methyl spirit.

 At using метанолом do not immerse in it rubber cups of pistons more than for 30 seconds in order to avoid their swelling!

10. Attentively study a condition of components ГТЦ (piston assemblages, an emphasis of the submitting valve, a lining and so forth). Defective units replace.

 Pistons are replaced in the complete set (primary with secondary). Pistons are subject to replacement also in case the backlash of landing any of them in the cylinder exceeds 0.11 mm. Try not to admit hit in assemblage of extraneous particles.

ASSEMBLAGE

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness of all components.
2. Grease with a pure brake liquid pistons and internal walls of the cylinder and establish into place piston group GTTS.
3. Wring out the primary piston and establish into place fixing finger.
4. On models without VDC wring out a lock uvula and plant into place the holder of pistons. On models with VDC establish a lock ring, having tracked reliability of its landing in a reception flute.

5. Establish on the tank landing sealing plugs.

6. Plant the tank on assemblage ГТЦ and fix its pin.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. The effort of a tightening of fixing nuts makes 14 Nanometers. Nakidnye nuts штуцерных sockets are tightened with effort of 15 Nanometers.
2. Fill in in the tank a fresh hydraulic liquid and pump over brake system (the Section Prorolling of a hydraulic path of brake system see).
