REMOVAL
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. For the purpose of providing of access remove an air inlet (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path of the Head of System of cooling, heating).
3. Having blown in the management/hydromodulator module the compressed air, completely remove from it all traces of a moisture for the purpose of maintenance of the quality assurance of contact electric connections.

4. Extend outside fixing lock and disunite a contact socket of electroconducting of the module of management/hydromodulator.

5. Disconnect from hydromodulator assemblage brake tubes, - the ends of disconnected tubes wrap up polyethylene for the purpose of prevention of risk of hit of a brake liquid on painted кузовные surfaces. 6. Disconnect from a basic arm the tyre of grounding of assemblage of the module of management/hydromodulator. 7. Give fixing nuts and take assemblage of the module of management/hydromodulator ABS from an impellent compartment. |

INSTALLATION

At replacement of assemblage of the module of management/hydromodulator track conformity of marks of the replaceable block to car type! |
1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (18 Nanometers: nuts of fastening of assemblage, 32 Nanometers: the plug of the tyre of grounding on a basic arm, 15 Nanometers: nuts штуцерных sockets of brake tubes. 2. A suitable bandage fix on a basic arm a plait of the electroconducting brought to assemblage. 3. Connect electroconducting to the module, - track reliability of fixing of a contact socket the special lock. 4. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. 5. Check of serviceability of functioning of the hydromodulator by means of manometres
|

It is necessary to use only the special manometres intended for measurement of pressure of a brake liquid! Manometre application, before pressure used for measurement трансмиссионной liquids is fraught with infringement of serviceability of functioning of wheel cylinders as a result of swelling of cuffs of pistons! |
1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props and remove wheels. 2. Turn out gates of prorolling of supports of brake mechanisms of forward wheels. 3. Connect to supports of forward wheels manometres (the prevention in the subsection beginning see) and remove from them air. 4. Execute check of sequence of operation of valves of the hydromodulator (the Section Check of sequence of operation of valves of hydromodulator ABS see). 5. After the beginning of functioning of the hydromodulator at first there is a pressure dump, deduction and forcing in a contour of the brake mechanism of the left forward wheel, then (in the same order) - right. 6. Consider indications of measuring instruments and make sure that pressure fluctuations between phases of dump and forcing of pressure do not fall outside the limits admissible ranges (Specifications see). 7. Disconnect manometres and screw on the places gates of prorolling of supports, pump over hydraulic contours of forward wheel cylinders (the Section Prorolling of a hydraulic path of brake system see). 8. Turn out gates of prorolling of supports of brake mechanisms of back wheels and connect to supports manometres (the prevention in the subsection beginning see). 9. Remove from manometres air and repeat check (at first on right, then on left brake mechanisms). 10. Disconnect manometres, establish into place gates and pump over brake mechanisms (the Section Prorolling of a hydraulic path of brake system see). |

Check of serviceability of functioning of the hydromodulator on the test bed

1. On equipped АТ all-wheel drive (AWD) models establish a spare safety lock with socket FWD in the main assembly block of safety locks for the purpose of simulation of conditions of check front-wheel (FWD) the car.

2. Prepare for check of sequence of operation of valves of the hydromodulator (the Section Check of sequence of operation of valves of hydromodulator ABS see). 3. Tyre out the car forward wheels on drums of the test bed and translate the selector lever in neutral position. 4. Start the stand and make check of sequence of operation of valves of the hydromodulator (the Section Check of sequence of operation of valves of hydromodulator ABS see). 5. At first there should be a consecutive change of phases of a running cycle (dump - deduction - pressure forcing) the brake mechanism of the left forward wheel, then - right forward, further - right back and, at last, - left back (the car should be rolled back wheels on stand drums. 6. Reading out stand indications make sure that fluctuations of indications between phases of dump and forcing of pressure do not fall outside the limits admissible ranges (Specifications see). 7. Having finished check, make sure of absence of sensation of a hard course of a brake pedal. |
