5. Remove a cable a clamp and disconnect from valve PHV приводной a cable, - try not to damage a cover and the core тросовой assemblages.

6. Release nuts of fastening of the main cylinder of coupling.

7. Give bolts and nuts of fastening of a basic arm and remove assemblage of pedals of a foot brake and coupling.

1. Remove the bottom section of furnish of the panel of devices (the Body see the Head).
2. Take a finger of fastening of a pedal of a foot brake to an executive rod of the servo-driver of the vacuum amplifier.
3. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of stoplights.

4. Give two fixing bolts and four nuts and remove assemblage of a pedal of a foot brake.

1. Remove the gauge-switch of stoplights (see Has undressed Removal, condition check, installation and adjustment of the gauge-switch of stoplights).
2. Remove a coupling pedal (Coupling see the Head).

3. Remove a basic arm of the main cylinder of coupling.

4. Take axial plugs with a spring, remove an emphasis.
5. Remove a pedal of a foot brake.

1. Remove the gauge-switch of stoplights (see Has undressed Removal, condition check, installation and adjustment of the gauge-switch of stoplights).

2. Give a fixing nut, take an axial bolt and liberate a pedal from a basic arm.

3. Take axial plugs with a spring, remove an emphasis.
4. Remove a pedal of a foot brake.

1. Temporarily establish on an arm of a pedal the gauge-switch of stoplights.
2. Clean and grease an axial aperture pedals/pedals. Plant in a pedal/pedal axial plugs.
3. Level a pedal/pedal in a basic arm, establish a returnable spring and, - on the models equipped противооткатным with the device, - a spring of decrease in effort of squeezing of a pedal of coupling, then establish a fixing bolt with the remote plug. The effort of a tightening of a nut of an axial bolt makes 30 Nanometers.

4. Regulating landing of the gauge-switch of stoplights, expose a pedal in regular position concerning a flange of a basic arm, then definitively tighten nuts of fastening of the gauge-switch with demanded effort. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

Spring clamps of the fixing are subject to replacement without fail. In case of need replace a clamp drive valve PHV cable, - do not forget to put on a tip тросовой assemblage a protective cover (models with РКПП and противооткатным the device). Having finished installation, make necessary checks and adjustments (see more low).

1. Define size люфта pedals/pedals at applying of lateral effort in 1 кГс (10). If the result of measurement exceeds the maximum admissible value (5.0 mm), replace axial plugs.

2. Measure sizes of height of position of a pedal (L) and a free wheeling Pads () at squeezing with effort 1 кГс (10). In case of need modify height of position of a pedal by updating of length of an executive rod of the brake amplifier.
