REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. For the purpose of maintenance of freedom of access remove an air inlet (see Has undressed Service of components of an inlet air path of the Head of System of cooling, heating).


The hydromodulator block

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 Hydromodulator VDC is not subject to dismantling and regenerative repair, - do not try to release fixing bolts and nuts! Do not shake assemblage of the hydromodulator and overturn it upside down, do not suppose dirt hit in штуцерные sockets!

1. Disconnect from assemblage of the hydromodulator electroconducting, - try not to admit moisture hit on contact plugs.
2. Release тросовый a clamp.
3. Disconnect from the hydromodulator block hydraulic lines, - the ends of disconnected tubes wrap up polyethylene for the purpose of prevention of risk of hit of a hydraulic liquid on painted кузовные surfaces.

4. Release fixing nuts and a bolt and take the hydromodulator in gathering with a basic arm from an impellent compartment.


The assembly block of the relay

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect from the assembly block electroconducting.
2. Release тросовый a clamp.
3. Give fixing nuts and remove the assembly block of the relay in gathering with a basic arm.

INSTALLATION

The hydromodulator

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 Before installation of the new hydromodulator grease bolts of its fastening to a basic arm (after their tightening) with a protective wax covering of type Nippeco LT or GB.

1. Establish hydromodulator assemblage on the regular place and tighten fixing nuts with demanded effort (18 Nanometers).
2. Connect to a body of the car the tyre of grounding of the hydromodulator, - the effort of a tightening of a bolt of fastening of the plug makes 33 Nanometers.
3. Connect hydraulic lines.
4. Fix a socket of electroconducting of the hydromodulator in the basic arm, - track correctness of combination of interfaced surfaces.

5. Connect electroconducting to the hydromodulator.

6. Establish into place an air inlet (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
7. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
8. Pump over brake system (the Section Prorolling of a hydraulic path of brake system see).


The assembly block of the relay

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. The effort of a tightening of fixing bolts makes 13 Nanometers. Track correctness of connection of contact sockets and reliability of their fixing in a basic arm.
