REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Disconnect electroconducting from the forward wheel gauge located near to a casing of a support of a forward rack in an impellent compartment of the car.

3. Turn out bolts of basic arms of fastening of electroconducting of the gauge to a suspension bracket rack.

4. Turn out bolts of an arm of fastening of a plait of electroconducting of the gauge to кузовному to an element.

5. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove the wheel gauge from assemblage of a rotary fist.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

The Section Problem diagnostics ABS see also.

1. Check up a polar tip of the gauge on presence of damages and stuck strangers of particles. In case of need clear or replace the gauge.

2. Measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 2 contact sockets of the gauge. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an admissible range (1.25 0.25 clod), replace the gauge.

3. Check up conductivity of electroconducting of the gauge, in case of need replace a plait.

4. Measure distance "And" between a surface and a polar tip of the gauge.

5. Measure distance "In" between a surface of a rotary fist interfaced to the gauge and rotor ABS.


6. Under formula S = In - And define size of a working backlash (S) between a surface of a polar tip of the wheel gauge and rotor teeths. If the result of calculation falls outside the limits an admissible range (0.3 0.8 mm), make selection of a new adjusting lining (a detail № 26755АА000).

 

7. Check up target pressure of the gauge by resistor and condenser installation and rotation of a wheel with the frequency corresponding to speed of movement of 2.75 km/h.
8. Adjustment is made by selection of an adjusting lining (a detail № 26755АА000).

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Temporarily fix the wheel gauge on a rotary fist. Try not to strike the gauge about metal components of a body and a suspension bracket, - especially protect a polar tip.
2. Fix burn down gauge electroconductings in basic arms on a rack of a suspension bracket and a wing mudguard in a wheel arch, - bolts of fastening of basic arms are tightened with effort of 32 Nanometers.
3. With the help probeа лезвийного type measure backlash size between a polar tip of the gauge and a gear edge of a rotor (on all perimetre of the last). If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an admissible range (0.3 0.8 mm), achieve demanded result by selection of a corresponding adjusting lining (a detail № 26755АА000), then tighten a boat of fastening of the gauge with demanded effort (32 Nanometers).
4. On marks on isolation make sure of correctness of its lining, - address to the data resulted more low.

5. Having made sure of correctness of a backlash, connect to the gauge electroconducting.
6. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
