Removal and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Uncover the central console (the Body see the Head).
3. Disconnect electroconducting from the withdrawal gauge / cross-section overloads.

4. Give fixing nuts and remove the gauge from a basic arm.

5. Give fixing nuts and remove a basic arm of the gauge.

6. Installation is made upside-down, - track, that at installation the gauge has appeared developed by marks in the form of an arrow forward on the car.
7. In summary it is necessary to make installation of the central position of the gauge of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel and zeroing of the gauge of withdrawal / cross-section overloads (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of the module of management VDC).

The gauge of cross-section overloads

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At presence near at hand firm input reader SSM pass in procedure performance.
2. In the absence of access to SSM park the car on an equal horizontal surface, switch off ignition, connect electroconducting to the withdrawal gauge / cross-section overloads, then again include ignition and measure resistance between plugs №№ 5 (+) and 6 (-) socket R100 of the gauge. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 2.5 ± 0.2 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.
3. Without disconnecting electroconducting, remove the withdrawal gauge / cross-section overloads from the car, incline it at an angle 90 ° to the right and measure pressure between plugs №№ 5 (+) and 6 (-) socket R100. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 3.5 ± 0.2 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.

 Moving of the gauge of withdrawal can lead to record in memory of the processor of a code of malfunction VDC.

4. Incline the gauge at an angle 90 ° to the left and repeat check. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 1.5 ± 0.2 In, hence the gauge is perfectly in order, otherwise replace the gauge.

П еремещение the withdrawal gauge can lead to record in memory of the processor of a code of malfunction VDC.

5. Park the car on an equal horizontal surface, switch off ignition and connect SSM to socket DLC.
6. Turn the ignition key in position ON and switch SSM in a mode {Brake Control}.
7. Choose in the menu of the display point {Current Data Display and Save} and consider the information on a target signal of the gauge of cross-section overloads. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 2.5 ± 0.2 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.
8. Remove the gauge and check up sizes of its alarm pressure in both inclined positions. At an exit of results of measurements for limits of admissible ranges replace the gauge.


The gauge of the withdrawing moment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check is made by means of an oscillograph.
2. Connect all electroconducting and connect an oscillograph to plugs №№ 4 (+) and 6 (-) socket R 100 modules of management АТ (TCM).
3. Start the engine and consider the indication from the oscillograph screen. Compare the form of a signal to reference dependence. At an exit of amplitude of a signal for limits of a range 2.1 ÷ 2.9 In replace the gauge, otherwise pass to a following stage of check.
4. Switch off ignition and connect an oscillograph to plugs №№ 2 (+) and 6 (-) socket R100.
5. Start the engine and consider the indication from the oscillograph screen. Compare the form of a signal to reference dependence. If the amplitude of a signal differs from rating value (5), replace the gauge.
