 The description of diagnostic checks are resulted for a case of performance of diagnostics without application SSM.


Refusals of control lamps

Cause of failures of functioning of a control lamp breakage or short circuit in a chain of its electroconducting can be.


Any of control lamps (ABS/VDC) / alarm indicators (an active condition or deactivation VDC) it is not activated at ignition inclusion

 More than 10-second squeezing of the switch «VDC OFF» in process проворачивания the engine leads to switching-off of the alarm indicator «VDC OFF», - for return to an initial mode it is necessary to switch off and again to include ignition.


Try to include ignition, without making engine start, - if other, a part combinations of devices, control lamps work regularly, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise it is necessary to make the necessary regenerative device of an instrument guard.

Switch off ignition. Remove a combination of devices, take a corresponding control lamp and check up its condition. If the lamp has fused, make its replacement, otherwise pass to a following stage of check.

If the lamp is perfectly in order, disunite contact socket F87 of the module of management VDC. Include ignition and measure pressure between weight of the chassis (-) and плюсовой the plug № 54 (control lamp ABS)/53 (control lamp VDC)/32 (the light indicator of operation VDC)/52 (the light indicator of switching-off VDC) socket F87. If the result of measurement makes less than 3 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise, check up a condition of electroconducting of a corresponding control lamp. Make necessary regenerative repair.

Switch off ignition, plant a checked control lamp on the regular place and establish a combination of devices.

Lay in area of the gauge-switch of a contact socket of the module of management VDC a sheet of paper in the thickness of 1.5 mm, include ignition and repeat the check described above. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, pass to the following тапу checks, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition. Make necessary regenerative repair.

Switch off ignition and check up serviceability of a condition of contact sockets on a chain site between a combination of devices and the module of management VDC, - if signs of infringement of reliability of contacts are absent, replace the management module.

Control lamps ABS and VDC are not disconnected after realisation of start of the engine

Switch off ignition and make sure of completeness of landing and reliability of fixing of a contact socket of the module of management VDC.

Measure resistance between weight of the chassis and everyone (And and) from diagnostic plugs (В81). If the result of measurement makes less than 5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up a condition of a plait of corresponding electroconducting, make necessary regenerative repair.

Switch off ignition and connect the diagnostic plug to the plug № 8 diagnostic sockets В82. Disunite a contact socket of the module of management and measure resistance between the plug № 13 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition on a chain site between the module of management VDC and a diagnostic socket, make necessary regenerative repair.

Lay in area of the gauge-switch of a contact socket of the module of management VDC a sheet of paper in the thickness of 1.5 mm and include ignition, - if control lamps ABS and VDC are not activated, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting.

Switch off ignition and check up a condition of ledges of plugs of a socket of the module of management. If plugs are perfectly in order, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the management module (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of the module of management VDC).

Disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC, start the engine on single turns and measure pressure between the plug № 28 sockets F87 of the module and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make necessary regenerative repair of electroconducting of a chain of giving of a food on the management module.

Check up a condition and reliability of fixing of a contact socket of the module of management VDC. In case of need make necessary corrections, or replace the module.

The alarm indicator of operation VDC is not disconnected after realisation of start of the engine

Switch off ignition and disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC.

Include ignition, - if the light indicator of operation VDC is not activated, replace the management module, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting.

The alarm indicator of deactivation VDC (VDC OFF) is not disconnected after realisation of start of the engine

Make compulsory switching-off VDC by means of the switch «VDC OFF», switch off and again include ignition, - the serviceable indicator should go out. Ate the light indicator it will not be disconnected, pass to a following stage of check.

Check up temperature of a cooling liquid of the engine, - if the indicator is activated at the cold engine and dies away after its warming up to normal working temperature, hence, everything is all right, otherwise pass to a following stage of check.

Remove the switch of compulsory switching-off VDC and check up its condition (see Has undressed Removal, installation and check of serviceability of functioning of the switch of deactivation VDC (VDC OFF)). In case of need replace the switch. If the switch is perfectly in order, pass to a following stage of check.

Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC, then again turn the ignition key in position ON, - if the indicator is not activated, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting.

Remove a switch safety lock «VDC OFF» and measure resistance between the plug № 40 sockets F87 of the module of management and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, replace the management module, otherwise replace the switch.

It is not possible to make reading of codes of malfunctions

If the control lamp joins and disconnected regularly, however does not highlight an initial code (DTC 11, - see more low) at transition in a diagnostic mode, switch off ignition and execute checks.

Refusals of wheel gauges

Refusals of wheel gauges lead to infringement of serviceability of functioning of systems ABS and VDC. The scheme of connection of wheel gauges is presented on an illustration.


Breakage in chains of the wheel gauge, or excessively high level of entrance pressure (DTC №№ 21, 23, 25 and 27)

Switch off ignition. Disconnect electroconducting from the corresponding wheel gauge. Measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 2 contact sockets of the gauge. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 1 ÷ 1.5 clod, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.

Disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC and measure pressure between the plug № 1 corresponding wheel gauge and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.

Include ignition and repeat the previous check. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.

Switch off ignition and connect to the gauge electroconducting. Measure resistance between plugs №№ 14 and 15 (DTC 21)/49 and 19 (DTC 23)/18 and 46 (DTC 25)/16 and 17 (DTC 27) socket F87. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 1 ÷ 1.5 clod, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition on a site between the module of management and the gauge. Make necessary regenerative repair.

Measure pressure between weight and the plug № 14 (DTC 21)/49 (DTC 23)/18 (DTC 25)/16 (DTC 27) socket F87. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 In, eliminate the short circuit reason on a chain site between the gauge and the module of management ABS. In the absence of pressure (less than 1) include ignition and repeat check. If pressure on the former is absent (makes less than 1), pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition between the gauge and the module of management VDC, in case of need eliminate the short circuit reason.

Switch off ignition and check up reliability of a tightening of bolts of fastening of the gauge (32 Nanometers). In case of need tighten fixture and pass to a following stage of check.

Measure backlash size between the gauge and a rotor on all perimetre of the last. At an insufficient backlash (Specifications see) make its updating by selection of an adjusting lining (26755АА000). If the backlash is too great, remove remote linings and replace a rotor (in gathering with шарнирной assemblage) or the failed gauge. Having finished adjustment, pass to a following stage of check.

Check up size of palpation of a nave of a wheel. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.05 mm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace ступичную assemblage.

Check up reliability of fastening of contact sockets of the module of management and the wheel gauge. Make necessary corrections. If contacts are perfectly in order, pass to a following stage of check.

Restore initial connection of all contact sockets, clear memory of the processor (see more low) and repeat procedure of reading of diagnostic codes. If any changes (towards improvement) has not occurred, replace assemblage of the module of management VDC. At occurrence of new codes pass to performance of corresponding check. If refusal has not repeated, hence, malfunction carried a temporality, - once again make sure of reliability of fastening of all contact connections.

Short circuit in a chain of the wheel gauge (DTC №№ 22, 24, 26 and 28)

Switch off ignition and check up reliability of a tightening of bolts of fastening of the gauge (32 Nanometers). In case of need tighten fixture and pass to a following stage of check.

Measure backlash size between the gauge and a rotor on all perimetre of the last. At an insufficient backlash (Specifications see) make its updating by selection of an adjusting lining (26755АА000). If the backlash is too great, remove remote linings and replace a rotor (in gathering with шарнирной assemblage) or the failed gauge. Having finished adjustment, pass to a following stage of check.

In the absence of possibility to take advantage of an oscillograph pass to check of a mechanical condition of a rotor and clearing of components.

In the presence of an oscillograph поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props, - wheels should come off the earth completely. Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC and connect an oscillograph between plugs №№ 14 (+) and 15 (-) (DTC 22)/49 (+) and 19 (-) (DTC 24) socket В62 or 18 (+) and 46 (-) (DTC 26)/16 (+) and 17 (-) (DTC 28) socket F87.

 Performance of the given procedure can lead to record in memory of the processor of a code of malfunction 29.


Include ignition and, rotating a corresponding wheel of the car, watch oscillograph indications. The amplitude of a displayed sinusoidal signal should not fall outside the limits a range 0.12 ÷ 1.00 In, - if the given condition is not carried out, or the signal has the wrong form, pass to a following stage of check.

Attentively examine the wheel gauge and its rotor on presence of signs of damages and pollution. Wipe components, will rectify taking place faults.

Check up size of palpation of a nave of a wheel. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.05 mm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace a nave.

Switch off ignition. Disconnect electroconducting from the corresponding wheel gauge. Measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 2 contact sockets of the gauge. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 1 ÷ 1.5 clod, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.

Measure resistance between weight and the plug № 1 contact socket of the wheel gauge. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.

Connect to the wheel gauge electroconducting, disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC and measure resistance between plugs №№ 14 and 15 (DTC 22)/49 and 19 (DTC 24)/18 and 46 (DTC 26)/16 and 17 (DTC 28) socket F87 of the module of management VDC. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 1 ÷ 1.5 clod, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make necessary regenerative repair of electroconducting on a chain site between the gauge and the module of management VDC.

Measure resistance between weight of the chassis and the plug № 14 (DTC 22)/49 (DTC 24)/18 (DTC 26)/16 (DTC 28) socket F87 of the module of management. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up electroconducting between the gauge and the module on short circuit presence. Make necessary regenerative repair.

Measure resistance between weight and plugs №№ 1 and 55 sockets F87. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise eliminate a cause of infringement of quality of grounding.

Check up reliability of fastening of contact sockets of the module of management ABS and the wheel gauge. Make necessary corrections. If contacts are perfectly in order, pass to a following stage of check.

Make sure that automobile phone/transmitter of remote control are established on sufficient removal from a plait of electroconducting of the wheel gauge.

Restore initial connection of all contact sockets and measure resistance between weight of the chassis and the plug № А5 (DTC 22)/A6 (DTC 24) socket В62 or accordingly кеммами socket F55 (DTC 26 and 28). If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace экранированный a plait.

Restore initial connection of all contact sockets and repeat procedure of reading of diagnostic codes. If any changes (towards improvement) has not occurred, replace assemblage of the module of management VDC. At occurrence of new codes pass to corresponding test. If refusal has not repeated, hence, malfunction carried a temporality, - once again make sure of reliability of fastening of all contact connections.

The problems connected with serviceability of delivery by the wheel gauge (one or all four) an information signal (DTC 29) take place

 Free rotation of wheels within more than 1 minute, and also long movement with the steering wheel turned out against the stop records in memory of the processor of a code of malfunction 29 can lead, - simply clear memory (see more low).


Estimate a condition of protectors and pressure of a rating of tyres. In case of need make corresponding corrections/replacements.

Check up reliability of a tightening of bolts of fastening of wheel gauges (32 ± 10 Nanometers). In case of need tighten fixture and pass to a following stage of check.

Measure backlash size between the gauge and a rotor on all perimetre of the last. At an insufficient backlash (Specifications see) make its updating by selection of an adjusting lining (26755АА000). If the backlash is too great, remove remote linings and replace a rotor or the failed gauge. Having finished adjustment, pass to a following stage of check.

Hydromodulator VDC refusals

Hydromodulator refusals lead to infringement of serviceability of functioning of systems ABS and VDC. The electric scheme of connection of hydromodulator VDC is presented on an illustration.


Infringement of serviceability of functioning inlet and запорных (DTC 31, 33, 35 and 37, 61 and 62) electromagnetic valves

Switch off ignition and disunite two contact pairs (VDC2/VDC1 and VDC5/F91) hydromodulator VDC (see an illustration 41.58). Measure resistance between plugs № 5 (DTC 31)/8 (DTC 33)/7 (DTC 35)/6 (DTC 37)/9 (DTC 61)/12 (DTC 62) socket VDC5 and № 2 sockets VDC2. If the result of change does not fall outside the limits a range 8.04 ÷ 9.04 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace hydromodulator VDC.

Measure resistance between the plug № 5 (DTC 31)/8 (DTC 33)/7 (DTC 35)/6 (DTC 37)/9 (DTC 61)/12 (DTC 62) socket VDC5 and weight of the chassis. If the result of change makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace hydromodulator VDC.

Disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC and measure pressure between the plug № 5 (DTC 31)/8 (DTC 33)/7 (DTC 35)/6 (DTC 37)/9 (DTC 61)/12 (DTC 62) socket VDC5 and weight of the chassis. If the result of change makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace hydromodulator VDC.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of change makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace hydromodulator VDC.

Switch off ignition and measure pressure between the plug № 30 (DTC 31)/24 (DTC 33)/23 (DTC 35)/31 (DTC 37)/25 (DTC 61)/26 (DTC 62) socket F87 of the module of management and weight of the chassis. If the result of change makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting on a chain site between the module of management and hydromodulator VDC.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of change makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace hydromodulator VDC.

Switch off ignition and measure resistance between the plug № 30 (DTC 31)/24 (DTC 33)/23 (DTC 35)/31 (DTC 37)/25 (DTC 61)/26 (DTC 62) socket F87 of the module of management and weight of the chassis. If the result of change makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting on a chain site between the module of management and hydromodulator VDC.

Connect contact pair F91/VDC5 of the hydromodulator and measure resistance between plugs № 30 (DTC 31)/24 (DTC 33)/23 (DTC 35)/31 (DTC 37)/25 (DTC 61)/26 (DTC 62) socket F87 of the module of management and № 2 sockets VDC2 of the hydromodulator. If the result of change does not fall outside the limits a range 7 ÷ 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, make regenerative repair of electroconducting on a chain site between the module of management and hydromodulator VDC.

Check up reliability of fastening of contact sockets of the module of management and hydromodulator VDC. Make necessary corrections. If contacts are perfectly in order, pass to a following stage of check.

Restore initial connection of all contact sockets, clear memory of the processor (see more low) and repeat procedure of reading of diagnostic codes. If any changes (towards improvement) has not occurred, replace assemblage of the module of management VDC. At occurrence of new codes pass to performance of corresponding check. If refusal has not repeated, hence, malfunction carried a temporality, - once again make sure of reliability of fastening of all contact connections.
Infringement of serviceability of functioning final and soaking up (DTC 32, 34, 36 and 38, 63, 64) electromagnetic valves

Switch off ignition and disunite two contact pairs (VDC2/VDC1 and VDC5/F91) hydromodulator VDC (see an illustration 41.58). Measure resistance between plugs № 1 (DTC 32)/4 (DTC 34)/3 (DTC 36)/2 (DTC 38)/10 (DTC 63)/11 (DTC 64) socket VDC5 and № 2 sockets VDC2. If the result of change does not fall outside the limits a range 3.8 ÷ 4.8 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace hydromodulator VDC.

Measure resistance between the plug № 1 (DTC 32)/4 (DTC 34)/3 (DTC 36)/2 (DTC 38)/10 (DTC 63)/11 (DTC 64) socket VDC5 and weight of the chassis. If the result of change makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace hydromodulator VDC.

Disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC and measure pressure between the plug № 1 (DTC 32)/4 (DTC 34)/3 (DTC 36)/2 (DTC 38)/10 (DTC 63)/11 (DTC 64) socket VDC5 and weight of the chassis. If the result of change makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace hydromodulator VDC.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of change makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace hydromodulator VDC.

Switch off ignition and measure pressure between the plug № 3 (DTC 32)/51 (DTC 34)/50 (DTC 36)/4 (DTC 38)/29 (DTC 63)/2 (DTC 64) socket F87 of the module of management and weight of the chassis. If the result of change makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting on a chain site between the module of management and hydromodulator VDC.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of change makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace hydromodulator VDC.

Switch off ignition and measure resistance between the plug № 3 (DTC 32)/51 (DTC 34)/50 (DTC 36)/4 (DTC 38)/29 (DTC 63)/2 (DTC 64) socket F87 of the module of management and weight of the chassis. If the result of change makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting on a chain site between the module of management and hydromodulator VDC.

Connect contact pair F91/VDC5 of the hydromodulator and measure resistance between plugs № 3 (DTC 32)/51 (DTC 34)/50 (DTC 36)/4 (DTC 38)/29 (DTC 63)/2 (DTC 64) socket F87 of the module of management and № 1 socket VDC2 of the hydromodulator. If the result of change does not fall outside the limits a range 3 ÷ 6 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, make regenerative repair of electroconducting on a chain site between the module of management and hydromodulator VDC.

Check up reliability of fastening of contact sockets of the module of management and hydromodulator VDC. Make necessary corrections. If contacts are perfectly in order, pass to a following stage of check.

Restore initial connection of all contact sockets, clear memory of the processor (see more low) and repeat procedure of reading of diagnostic codes. If any changes (towards improvement) has not occurred, replace assemblage of the module of management VDC. At occurrence of new codes pass to performance of corresponding check. If refusal has not repeated, hence, malfunction carried a temporality, - once again make sure of reliability of fastening of all contact connections.

Infringement of serviceability of functioning of the module of management VDC (DTC 41)

 Refusals of the module of management lead to infringement of serviceability of functioning of systems ABS and VDC.

Make sure that automobile phone/transmitter of remote control are established on sufficient removal from plaits of electroconducting ABS/VDC.

Switch off ignition. Restore initial connection of electroconducting. Clear memory of the processor and repeat procedure of reading of diagnostic codes. If any changes (towards improvement) has not occurred, replace assemblage of the module of management VDC. At occurrence of new codes pass to corresponding test. If refusal has not repeated, hence, malfunction carried a temporality, - once again make sure of reliability of fastening of all contact connections.

Deviation from face value of level of pressure of a food (DTC 42)

Start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature. Check up correctness of installation of turns of idling. Measure pressure between the plug In (+) on the back party of the generator and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up a condition of system of a charge (the engine Electric equipment see the Head), make necessary corrections.

Switch off ignition and check up a condition of polar plugs of the battery and reliability of fixing on them клеммных tips of wires. In case of need smooth out contact surfaces of plugs/tips. If plugs are perfectly in order, disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC, start the engine on single turns and measure pressure between weight and the plug № 28 (+) socket F87. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition between the switch of ignition and a contact socket of the module of management VDC. Make necessary regenerative repair.

Switch off ignition and measure resistance between weight and plugs №№ 1 both 55 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise eliminate a cause of infringement of quality of grounding.

If the result of change makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting between two modules.


Measure resistance between plugs №№ 21, 43 both 8 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of change makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting between two modules.

Measure pressure between plugs №№ 21, 43 both 8 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of change makes less than 0.5 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting between two modules.

Include ignition and repeat check of the previous stage. If the result of change makes less than 0.5 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting between two modules.

Switch off ignition, connect electroconducting to ECM, then again turn the ignition key in position ON and measure resistance between plugs №№ 21, 43 both 8 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of change does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise execute check.

Check up a condition and reliability of fixing of contact sockets of the module of management VDC and ECM. In case of need smooth out plugs and pass to a following stage of check.

If any changes (towards improvement) has not occurred, replace assemblage of the module of management VDC. At occurrence of new codes pass to corresponding test. Include ignition and measure pressure between plugs №№ 12, 4 and 11 sockets В135/В134 ECM and weight of the chassis. If the result of change does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, make regenerative repair of electroconducting between two modules, otherwise pass to a following stage of check.

Check up quality of contact connections, in case of need make necessary corrections. Also check up serviceability of functioning of the engine (see the Head of the Power supply system and release). In case of need replace ECM, or execute regenerative repair of the power unit.

Infringement of serviceability of communications between the module of management VDC and TCM (DTC 44)

Switch off ignition and disconnect electroconducting from TCM. Measure resistance between plugs № 9 and 18 contact sockets В56 TCM. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 60 ± 3 Ohm, pass to performance of a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting between module VDC and TCM.


Check up a condition of contact sockets, in case of need smooth out plugs and pass to a following stage of check

Switch off ignition and disunite two sockets of electroconducting of the module of management of transmission (TCM). Also disconnect electroconducting from the module of management ABS. Measure resistance between the plug № 3 sockets F49 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting on a site between TCM and the module of management ABS.

Switch off ignition. Connect electroconducting to TCM, then again turn the ignition key in position ON. Measure pressure between weight of the chassis and plugs № 21 24-contact sockets В55 TCM. If the result of measurement makes 10 ÷ 15 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise TCM requires regenerative repair, - if infringements of serviceability of functioning АТ take place, replace TCM.

Measure pressure between weight and plugs №№ 3 and 31 sockets F49. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition on a site between the module of management ABS and TCM. Make necessary regenerative repair.

Check up a condition and reliability of fixing of contact sockets of modules of management ABS and АТ. In case of need smooth out plugs and pass to a following stage of check.

Switch off ignition. Restore initial connection of electroconducting. Clear memory of the processor and repeat procedure of reading of diagnostic codes. If any changes (towards improvement) has not occurred, replace assemblage of the module of management/hydromodulator VDC. At occurrence of new codes pass to corresponding test. Deviation from face value of level of pressure of a 5-volt food (DTC 46)

Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC and measure resistance between the plug №№ 63 both 78 sockets F87 and weight of gauges of cross-section overloads and pressure, accordingly. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, the following stage of check should be passed.

Disconnect electroconducting from the faulty gauge and measure resistance between the plug №№ 63 (the gauge of cross-section overloads)/78 (the pressure gauge) socket F87 of the module of management VDC and weight of the gauge. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, replace the failed gauge, otherwise make electroconducting repair between the module of management VDC and the corresponding gauge.

Measure pressure between plugs №№ 63 both 78 and weight of the corresponding gauge. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise pass the following stage.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 In, replace the module of management VDC, otherwise pass to a following stage of check.

Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the faulty gauge and measure pressure between plugs №№ 6378 and weight of the corresponding gauge. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the module of management VDC and the corresponding gauge.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 In, replace the faulty gauge, otherwise произвдеите regenerative repair of electroconducting between the gauge and the module of management VDC.

Malfunction of a line of communication of the network controller (CAN) (DTC 47)

Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC, TCM and the gauge of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel. Measure resistance between the following steams of plugs: № 83 (F87) - № 9 (В56), № 81 (F87) - № 18 (В56), № 83 (F87) - № 2 (В231), № 81 (F87) - № 1 (В231). If the result of measurement makes less than 5 Ohm, the following stage of check can be lowered.

Measure resistance between plugs № 9 (В56) - № 2 (В231) and № 18 (В56) - № 1 (В231). If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 In, make regenerative repair of electroconducting between the module of management VDC and the gauge of an angle of rotation, otherwise repair electroconducting between the gauge and TCM.

Measure resistance between plugs №№ 83 both 81 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the module of management VDC and TCM.

Measure pressure between plugs №№ 83 both 81 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the module of management VDC and TCM.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the module of management VDC and TCM.

Switch off ignition, connect electroconducting to the gauge of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel and measure resistance between plugs №№ 83 and 81 sockets F87 of the module of management.

Check up quality of contact connections, in case of need smooth out plugs and pass to a following stage of check.

Connect electroconducting to the module of management VDC, disconnect it from the gauge of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel and measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 2 sockets В231 of the gauge. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 120 ± 6 Ohm, the following stage of check can be lowered.

Check up quality of contact connections, in case of need smooth out plugs and pass to a following stage of check.

Connect electroconducting to TCM, disconnect it from the module of management VDC and measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 2 sockets В231. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, the following stage of check can be lowered.

Measure resistance between plugs №№ 75 and 45 sockets F87 VDC and 33 and 32 (4-cylinder engines)/11 and 12 (6-cylinder engines), accordingly, socket В134/В136. If the result of change makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting between two modules.

Measure resistance between plugs №№ 75 both 45 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of change makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting between two modules.

Include ignition and measure pressure between plugs №№ 75 both 45 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of change makes less than 0.5 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make regenerative repair of electroconducting between two modules.

Switch off ignition, connect electroconducting to the module of management VDC, then again turn the ignition key in position ON and measure resistance between plugs №№ 33, 32 sockets В134 (4-cylinder models) / №№ 11, 12 sockets В136 (6-cylinder models) and weight of the chassis. If the result of change does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, the following stage of check can be lowered.

Check up a condition and reliability of fixing of contact sockets of the module of management VDC and ECM. In case of need smooth out plugs and pass to a following stage of check.

Infringement of serviceability of delivery of a signal of turns of the engine (DTC 49)

Check up serviceability of functioning a part of a combination of devices of a tachometre. If the tachometre is serviceable, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise execute necessary regenerative repair/replace a measuring instrument.

Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC and ECM. Measure resistance between the plug № 30 sockets В134 and weight of the chassis (4-cylinder engines) / № 9 sockets F87 and № 9 sockets В136 (6-cylinder engines). If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between two modules.

Check up a condition and reliability of fixing of contact sockets of the module of management VDC and ECM. In case of need smooth out plugs and pass to a following stage of check.

Switch off ignition. Restore initial connection of electroconducting. Clear memory of the processor and repeat procedure of reading of diagnostic codes. If any changes (towards improvement) has not occurred, replace assemblage of the module of management VDC. At occurrence of new codes pass to corresponding test. Infringement of serviceability of functioning клапанного the relay (DTC 51)

Infringement of serviceability of functioning клапанного the relay leads to refusal of systems ABS and VDC.

 Record in memory of the processor of code DTC 74 (refusal of the gauge of pressure) is accompanied also by record of a code 51.


Switch off ignition and take клапанное the relay from the assembly block. Measure resistance between plugs №№ 85 and 86 relays. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 93 ÷ 113 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the relay.

Connect to plugs №№ 85 and 86 battery and measure resistance between plugs №№ 30 and 87. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the relay.

Measure resistance between plugs №№ 30 and 87а the relay. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the relay.

Disconnect from the relay the battery and measure resistance between plugs №№ 30 and 87. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the relay.

Measure resistance between plugs №№ 30 and 87а the relay. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the relay.

Measure resistance between the plug № 86 and plugs №№ 87 and 87а the relay. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the relay.

Рассоедените contact pair VDC3/F89 of the assembly block of the relay also measure pressure between the plug № 1 (+) socket F89 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make electroconducting repair between the battery and the assembly block, check up also a safety lock condition № 8.

Рассоедените contact pair VDC1/VDC2, connect pair F89/VDC3 of the assembly block, include ignition and measure pressure between the plug № 87 (+) the relay and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block and check up also a safety lock condition № 8.

Switch off ignition, disunite contact pair F90/VDC4 of the assembly block and measure resistance between plugs №№ 5 both 1 socket VDC4 and adjusting points №№ 85 and 86 relays of socket VDC4 accordingly. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block.

Measure resistance between plugs №№ 5 both 1 socket VDC4 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block and check up a safety lock №8.

Measure pressure between plugs №№ 5 both 1 socket VDC4 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block and check up a safety lock №8.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block and check up a safety lock №8.

Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC and measure resistance between plugs №№ 47 and 27 sockets F87 of the module and №№ 5 and 1 socket F90 accordingly. Measure pressure between plugs №№ 27 both 47 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the module of management VDC and the assembly block, also check up all safety locks.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the module of management VDC and the assembly block.

Measure resistance between the plug № 2 sockets VDC1 and an adjusting point № 30 relays of socket VDC6. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block.

Measure resistance between the plug № 2 sockets VDC1 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block and check up a safety lock № 8.

Measure pressure between the plug № 2 sockets VDC1 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block and check up a safety lock № 8.

Measure resistance between plugs №№ 4, 1, 2, 3, 10 both 11 sockets VDC5 and the plug № 2 sockets VDC2. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 3.8 ÷ 4.8 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the hydromodulator (see Has undressed Removal, installation and check of serviceability of functioning of hydromodulator VDC).

Measure resistance between the plug № 2 sockets VDC2 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the hydromodulator (see Has undressed Removal, installation and check of serviceability of functioning of hydromodulator VDC) and check up all safety locks.

Measure pressure between the plug № 2 sockets VDC1 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the hydromodulator and check up all safety locks.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the hydromodulator and check up all safety locks.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the hydromodulator and the module of management VDC.

Switch off ignition and measure resistance between plugs №№ 30, 24, 23, 31, 26, 25, 3, 51, 50, 4, 2 both 29 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the hydromodulator and the module of management VDC.

Connect contact pair F91/VDC5 and measure resistance between plugs №№ 30, 24, 23, 31, 26 both 25 sockets F87 and the plug № 2 sockets VDC2. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 8.0 ё 10.0 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the hydromodulator and the module of management VDC.

Measure resistance between plugs №№ 3, 51, 50, 4, 2 both 29 sockets F87 and the plug № 2 sockets VDC2. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 4.3 ÷ 5.3 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the hydromodulator and the module of management VDC.

Check up serviceability of a condition and reliability of fixing of contact sockets of electroconducting of modules of management and hydromodulator VDC, in case of need make corresponding corrections.

Switch off ignition. Restore initial connection of electroconducting. Clear memory of the processor and repeat procedure of reading of diagnostic codes. If any changes (towards improvement) has not occurred, replace assemblage of the module of management VDC. At occurrence of new codes pass to corresponding test. If refusal has not repeated, hence, malfunction carried a temporality, - once again make sure of reliability of fastening of all contact connections.

Infringement of serviceability of functioning drive the electromotor / its relay (DTC 52)

Switch off ignition and take the relay of the electromotor from the assembly block. Measure resistance between plugs №№ 85 and 86 relays. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 70 ÷ 90 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the relay.

Connect to plugs №№ 85 and 86 relays the battery and measure resistance between plugs №№ 30 and 87. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the relay.

Disconnect from the relay the battery and measure resistance between plugs №№ 30 and 87 relays. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the relay.

Measure resistance between the plug № 85 and plugs №№ 30 and 87 relays. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the relay.

Рассоедените contact pair VDC3/F89 of the assembly block of the relay also measure pressure between the plug № 2 (+) socket F89 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make electroconducting repair between the battery and the assembly block, check up also a condition of the holder of safety locks SBF.

Restore connection VDC3/F89 and measure pressure between the plug № 87 (+) the relay and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block.

Switch off ignition, disunite contact steams F90/VDC4 and VDC1/VDC2 and measure resistance between the plug № 1 socket VDC1 and the plug № 30 sockets VDC7. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block.

Measure resistance between the plug № 6 sockets VDC4 and the plug № 30 sockets VDC7. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block.

Measure resistance between the plug № 4 sockets VDC4 and the plug № 85 sockets VDC7. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block.

Take from the assembly block клапанное the relay and measure resistance between the plug № 85 sockets VDC7 the relay of the electromotor and the plug № 30 sockets VDC6. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block.

Measure resistance between plugs №№ 4 both 6 sockets VDC4 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block.

Measure pressure between plugs №№ 4 both 6 sockets VDC4 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block.

Measure pressure between plugs №№ 47 both 27 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the module of management VDC and the assembly block check up the holder of safety locks SBF.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the assembly block.

Check up reliability of a tightening of the plug of grounding of the electromotor (32 Nanometers), in case of need tighten fixture.

Switch off ignition, uncover contact knot of the module of management VDC and restore initial connection of all sockets. Establish in the assembly block both relays and make check of sequence of operation of valves of the module of management (the Section Check of sequence of operation of valves of hydromodulators ABS see and VDC), in parallel measuring resistance between plugs №№ 22 (+) and 1 (-) socket F87. If resistance falls from value 10 ÷ 13 In to less 1.5 In, and then comes back back, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the module of management VDC.

Make check of sequence of operation of valves of the module of management (the Section Check of sequence of operation of valves of hydromodulators ABS and VDC see), - if during check the noise made by working motor is audible, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the hydromodulator.

Switch off ignition and check up serviceability of a condition and reliability of fixing of contact sockets of electroconducting of modules of management and hydromodulator VDC, in case of need make corresponding corrections.

Restore initial connection of electroconducting. Clear memory of the processor and repeat procedure of reading of diagnostic codes. If any changes (towards improvement) has not occurred, replace assemblage of the module of management VDC. At occurrence of new codes pass to corresponding test. If refusal has not repeated, hence, malfunction carried a temporality, - once again make sure of reliability of fastening of all contact connections.

Infringement of serviceability of functioning of the gauge of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel (DTC 71)

 Car movement on sand or impassability (not on a dirt) can lead to record in memory of the processor of codes 71 and 72.


Tyre out the car on a platform with an equal covering, result forward wheels in rectilinear position and check up correctness of centering of a steering wheel. If infringement of centering does not exceed 5 °, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise centre wheel landing.

Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel, then again turn the ignition key in position ON and measure pressure between the plug № 4 sockets В231 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, following two stages of check can be passed.

Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC, uncover contact knot of the module, then again connect a socket. Include ignition and measure pressure between the plug № 27 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, repair electroconducting on a chain site between the module of management VDC and the gauge of the withdrawing moment, otherwise pass to a following stage of check.

Check up quality of contact connection of the gauge of the withdrawing moment, in case of need repair/replace a socket of the module of management VDC, or replace last in gathering.

Measure resistance between the plug № 3 sockets В231 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise restore quality of grounding of the gauge of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel.

Connect electroconducting to the gauge of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel and the module of management VDC and measure resistance between plugs №№ 81 and 83 sockets F87 of the module. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 129 ± 6 Ohm, repair electroconducting between the gauge and the module of management VDC, otherwise pass to a following stage of check.

Restore initial connection of electroconducting. Clear memory of the processor and repeat procedure of reading of diagnostic codes. If any changes (towards improvement) has not occurred, replace assemblage of the module of management VDC. At occurrence of new codes pass to corresponding test. If refusal has not repeated, hence, malfunction carried a temporality, - once again make sure of reliability of fastening of all contact connections.

At repeated record in memory of the processor of a code 71 switch off ignition, replace the gauge of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel and repeat procedure of the previous paragraph.

Include ignition and measure pressure between the plug № 63 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 - 15 In, repair electroconducting between the gauge and the management module, otherwise pass to a following stage of check.

Check up quality and reliability of fixing of contact connections, in case of need make corresponding corrections, or replace the module of management VDC.

Measure resistance between the plug № 6 sockets R100 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, following two stages of check can be lowered.

Disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC, uncover contact knot, then again connect a socket. Measure resistance between the plug № 64 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, repair electroconducting between the gauge and the management module, otherwise pass to a following stage of check.

Check up reliability of contact connections of electroconducting, make necessary regenerative repair, or replace the module of management VDC.

Disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC and measure resistance between plugs №№ 65, 66 and 67 sockets F87 and №№ 4, 1 and 2 sockets R100 of the gauge accordingly. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the gauge and the management module.

Measure resistance between plugs №№ 65, 66 both 67 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the gauge and the management module.

Measure pressure between plugs №№ 65, 66 both 67 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the gauge and the management module.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the gauge and the management module.

Switch off ignition, establish the withdrawal gauge / cross-section loadings on кузовной an element, restore initial connection of all sockets, then again turn the ignition key in position ON and measure pressure between plugs №№ 66 and 64 sockets F87. If the result of change does not fall outside the limits a range 2.1 ÷ 2.9 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the withdrawal gauge / cross-section overloads.

Include ignition and on an oscillograph check up the form of a signal developed by the gauge, - the device is connected to plugs №№ 67 (+) and 64 (-) socket F87. At positive result pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the module of management VDC.

Connect an oscillograph between plugs №№ 65 (+) and 64 (-) socket F87 and repeat check. If the signal is perfectly in order, replace the management module, otherwise replace the withdrawal gauge / cross-section overloads.

Infringement of serviceability of functioning of the gauge of cross-section overloads (DTC 73)

Check up correctness of installation and reliability of fixing of the gauge of withdrawal / cross-section overloads. In case of need make corresponding corrections.

Switch off ignition, remove the central console (the Body see the Head), disconnect from the gauge electroconducting, then again turn the ignition key in position ON and measure pressure between plugs № 3 and № 6 sockets R100 of the gauge and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 10 ÷ 15 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the gauge and the module of management VDC.

Switch off ignition and measure resistance between plugs № 3 and № 5 gauges. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 4.3 ÷ 4.9 clod, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.

Connect electroconducting to the gauge and disconnect it from the module of management VDC, then measure resistance between plugs № 63 and № 70 sockets F87. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 4.3 ÷ 4.9 clod, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the gauge and the module of management VDC.

Disconnect from the gauge electroconducting and measure resistance between plugs №№ 63, 70 both 64 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the gauge and the module of management VDC.

Measure pressure between plugs №№ 63, 70 both 64 sockets F87 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the gauge and the module of management VDC.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of measurement makes less than 1 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting between the gauge and the module of management VDC.

Switch off ignition, remove the gauge from the car and connect to it electroconducting. Also connect electroconducting to the module of management VDC. Include ignition and measure pressure between plugs № 5 (+) and № 6 (-) socket R100. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 2.3 ÷ 2.7 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.

Incline the gauge under 90 ° to the left and repeat the previous measurement. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 3.3 ÷ 3.7 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.

Incline the gauge under 90 ° to the right and repeat check. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 1.3 ÷ 1.7 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.

Check up quality of contact connections and reliability of fixing of sockets. In case of need make corresponding corrections.

Restore initial connection of electroconducting. Clear memory of the processor and repeat procedure of reading of diagnostic codes. Check up quality of contact connections and reliability of fastening of sockets, in case of need make corresponding corrections, or replace the module of management VDC.

Include ignition and measure pressure between plugs № 16 (+) and 15 (-) socket F91. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 4.75 ÷ 5.25 In, following two stages of check can be lowered.

 Performance of the given check can lead to record in memory of the processor of code DTC 51.


Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC, uncover contact knot of the module (illustrations 41.245а and 41.245b see), then again connect a socket, include ignition and measure pressure between plugs № 78 (+) and № 76 (-) socket F87. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 4.75 ÷ 5.25 In, replace electroconducting on a chain site between the module of management and hydromodulator VDC, otherwise pass to a following stage of check.

Check up quality of contact connections and reliability of fastening of sockets, in case of need make corresponding corrections, or replace the module of management VDC.

Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC and measure resistance between plugs №№ 13 both 14 sockets F91 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting on a chain site between the module of management and hydromodulator VDC.

Measure pressure between plugs №№ 13 both 14 sockets F91 and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting on a chain site between the module of management and hydromodulator VDC.

Include ignition and repeat the check described in the previous paragraph. If the result of measurement makes less than 0.5 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting on a chain site between the module of management and hydromodulator VDC.

Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the module of management VDC, uncover contact knot of the module, then again connect a socket, include ignition and measure pressure between plugs №№ 77 (+) and № 36 (+) and the plug № 76 (-) socket F87. If the result of measurement does not fall outside the limits a range 0.48 ÷ 0.72 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace hydromodulator VDC.

Check up on presence of signs of development of leaks a hydraulic path on a site between ГТЦ and hydromodulator VDC. In case of detection of leaks tighten corresponding sockets, differently pass to a following stage of check.

Check up pressure ГТЦ. At positive results of check pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace ГТЦ.

Measure a difference between positions of a pedal of a foot brake in the released position and at squeezing with effort 50 кГс. If the result of measurement makes no more than 95 mm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise pump over brake system (the Section Prorolling of a hydraulic path of brake system see).

Squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake with effort 50 кГс and measure pressure between plugs №№ 77 (+) () and № 36 (+) () and the plug № 76 (-) socket F87. If the difference of results of measurements And and In does not exceed 0.2 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace hydromodulator VDC.
