Removal and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Uncover the central console (the Body see the Head).
3. Disconnect from the G-gauge electroconducting.
4. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the gauge.

5. Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of orientation of the established gauge.

 Try not to subject the gauge of overloads to shock loadings!

Check with application firm сканерного input reader Subaru (SSM)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On the car parked in horizontal position switch off ignition, prepare SSM, connect it to diagnostic socket DLC and translate in a mode of check of brake system {BRAKE CONTROL}. Choose in the menu of the display subsection {Current Data Display and Save} and consider value of target pressure of the G-gauge. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits a range 2.3 ± 0.3 In, replace the gauge, otherwise pass to a following stage of check.
2. Uncover a console box (the Body see the Head), and take the G-gauge, without disconnecting from it electroconducting and incline forward at an angle 90 °. Consider the indications displayed the input reader. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits a range 3.9 ± 0.2 In, replace the gauge, otherwise pass to a following stage of check.
3. Incline the gauge at an angle 90 ° back and repeat check, - value of target pressure of the gauge should not fall outside the limits a range 0.7 ± 0.2 В the faulty gauge is subject to replacement.


Check without application SSM

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

At absence near at hand SSM the same checks are made by means of the voltmeter, - switch off ignition, remove the G-gauge, connect to it electroconducting, then turn the ignition key in position ON and measure pressure between plugs №№ 2 (+) and 3 (-) socket R70 of the gauge in various positions of the last.
