1. Cock a lay brake. 2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 3. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of level of a brake liquid. 4. Disconnect from ГТЦ hydraulic tubes, - at once закупорьте the open ends of lines in order to avoid hit in dirt system. 5. Give fixing nuts and separate from brake amplifier GTTS.

6. Disconnect from amplifier assemblage a vacuum hose. |
7. Pass in salon, take a fixing pin and separate a cutting finger of a pusher of the brake amplifier from the lever of a pedal of a foot brake, then give four nuts of fastening of the amplifier to a partition of an impellent compartment. 8. Trying not to hook on brake lines, remove assemblage of the vacuum amplifier from a back partition of an impellent compartment. Attention: the assemblage of the vacuum amplifier Dropped in the course of dismantle is subject to replacement without fail! Remember also that the excessive effort put to a rod of a pusher of assemblage at an angle more 3 ° concerning axial line is fraught with damage of the cylinder of the power piston.

9. Needlessly do not change length of a rod of a pusher, - if the length has been changed, adjust it so that the size выступания «L» corresponded to requirements of Specifications. |

10. In order to avoid damage of a rubber protective cover of a pusher the removed amplifier laid on a workbench should not be exposed to considerable vertical loadings. |

INSTALLATION
|
1. Get assemblage of the vacuum amplifier on the regular place, accurately having passed a pusher rod in an aperture in a partition. 2. Connect a rod to the lever of a pedal of a foot brake and fix a cutting finger a cylindrical pin. Tighten four fixing nuts. 3. Connect to the amplifier a vacuum hose. 4. Establish ГТЦ (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of the main brake cylinder (ГТЦ)).

5. Measure length of a rod of a pusher, in case of need make corresponding updating. |
6. Measure backlash size between a cut of a carving part of the gauge-switch of stoplights and an emphasis of a pedal of a foot brake, - do not rotate the gauge-switch. In case of need result it in norm (0.3 mm) a way отпускания counternuts and updatings of position of the gauge-switch. 7. Grease a connecting finger of fastening of a rod of a pusher for the purpose of minimisation of its deterioration. 8. Fill in in the tank a fresh hydraulic liquid and pump over brake system (the Section Prorolling of a hydraulic path of brake system see). 9. Make trial runs of the car for the purpose of check of serviceability of functioning of brakes, - make sure of absence of signs «прихватывания» колодок. |

Checks without use of measuring devices
Check of tightness of assemblage of the brake amplifier
|
1. For 1-2 minutes start the engine, then muffle it and some times squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake with normal (as at usual braking) effort, - a pedal course should be reduced at each next push, otherwise it is necessary to check up a condition of the control valve and the amplifier of a vacuum hose brought to assemblage. Defective components replace, then repeat check. In the absence of positive changes check up the amplifier by means of measuring devices (see more low). 2. Start the engine, squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake, then again switch off ignition. Keep a pedal of 30 seconds pressed during an order, - its position should not vary, otherwise the amplifier it is necessary to check up with application of measuring devices (see more low). |

Check of serviceability of functioning of the brake amplifier
|
1. At the switched off engine some times squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake for depression dump in the working chamber of the vacuum amplifier. 2. Fix a pedal in the squeezed out position and start the engine, - at the serviceable amplifier the pedal should "fail". At negative results of check make testing of the amplifier with application of measuring devices (see more low). |

Check of tightness without loading

1. Start the engine and do not suppress it until depth of depression in the brake amplifier will not reach a point And = 66.7 кПа, - a pedal of a foot brake do not squeeze out. 2. Muffle the engine and track vacuum gauge indications. Speed of decrease in depth of depression in the serviceable amplifier makes no more than 3.3 кПа for 15 seconds. At revealing of signs of infringement of tightness it is necessary to check up a condition of the control valve, a vacuum hose, to estimate quality of a welded seam of the case, to make sure of absence of damages of a diaphragm and signs of development of leaks through a plate, a sealant and тарельчатый the valve. Tightness check under loading

1.
