Principle of functioning of the valve-terminator

The valve-terminator serves for prevention of premature blocking of back wheels of the car at sharp braking as a result of carrying over forward the car centre of gravity. The valve provides decrease in a pressure of a hydraulic liquid in brake contours of back wheels at achievement by pressure in the main brake cylinder of some critical value.

At pressure in ГТЦ below a critical point the working piston of assemblage is wrung out by a spring to the left, leaving a valve saddle free and pressure of a hydraulic liquid Р3 in wheel cylinders back brake mechanisms remains equal to working pressure of the main brake cylinder (Р2).

Pressure lifting Р2 to critical value leads to effort generation f2 (the working section of piston "And" steals up so that the effort arose in a critical point), wringing out the piston to the right with overcoming of force of resistance of a spring F. The saddle клапанной assemblages also is displaced to the right, blocking section of the channel of giving of a hydraulic liquid through passage in wheel cylinders of back brake mechanisms. During the moment directly ahead of that as liquid giving in contours of back wheels stops, pressure Р2 slightly exceeds pressure Р3, сравнивание pressure leads full перекрыванию the valve and to pressure decrease in back brake mechanisms concerning pressure in wheel cylinders of forward supports. The valve continues to remain in a running cycle until the effort put to a pedal of a foot brake, will not be weakened.
